Basic Cause Evaluation Course
All of our courses will introduce attendees to the Cause Road Map© as well as other common investigation tools that have been modified for integration with the Cause Road Map© and to reflect the current state of the practice. This course also includes an introduction to basic Human Performance principals, Interviewing Skills, Performing Safety Culture Assessments and Report Presentation tips.
